Terms & Conditions

Packages: are taught over a specific number of lessons on specific dates and full payment for the package is due upon the booking being made. Spaces are limited and your payment will reserve your place in a course.  You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days from payment providing the course has not started. No transfers or refunds under any circumstances are granted once the course has started. 

Single lessons: Single lessons are booked as a one-off and full payment is due upon the booking being made. Single lesson purchases are valid 30 days from purchase.  You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days from payment providing the lessn has not been used. Once the purchase has expired, no cancellations, extensions, freezes or refunds under any circumstances can be granted.

Workshops: Workshops are booked on a one-off and specific date basis and full payment is due upon the booking being made. You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days from payment providing the workshop has not started.  Any bookings made less than 7 days prior to the workshop date, no refunds, cancellations, transfers or replacement with another person are permitted under any circumstances.

Parties / Event Bookings: You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days from payment providing the event has not started.  Any bookings made less than 7 days prior to the event date, no refunds, cancellations or transfers are permitted under any circumstances.  While every effort is made to ensure that your Party/Event commences as planned Pole Dancing School reserves the right to cancel or revise any event booking as necessary. If an event booking is cancelled, the client will be notified and all payment refunded in full.

Private One To One Training and Semi Private Lessons: Private training are lessons booked on a one student to one instructor basis. Semi private lessons are small groups of 2 or 3 students per instructor. Full payment is due upon the booking being made. You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days from payment providing the lesson has not started.  Any bookings made less than 7 days prior to the training date agreed, no refunds, cancellations, transfers or replacement with another person are permitted under any circumstances.

While every effort is made to ensure that your training is held as planned, Pole Dancing School reserves the right to cancel or revise it as necessary. If your training is cancelled, the student will be notified at the earliest opportunity and all payment refunded in full. If the lesson date is substantially revised the student will not be under an obligation to accept the new date and shall be entitled to a full refund.
