All levels are welcome at Pole Dancing School

Changing studios?

Whatever your level of knowledge and experience we've got a class to help you take your pole technique to the next one.

Simply join one of our Practice classes with a Pole Dancing School instructor so that we can advise you which of our training levels is the right one for you.  

If you can't attend a Practice Class, then you could also book a private, one-to-one personal training session where you can be assessed.

Additional supportive training is also available for anyone who needs to improve specific areas of their fitness. Classes include: Body Conditioning and Stretching.
