If that sounds like you, then you'll be completely at home at Pole Dancing School. Our students include women of all ages, training and fitness levels.
You don't need experience or to have had previous fitness or dance training and there's definitely no need to be already slim and flexible (that's what we're here to help you achieve!). Training clothes consist of shorts, a vest top and 3 or 4 inches heeled shoes (no wedges, boots, trainers or leggings);
